First Year and Transfer Student ID Cards

All Moravian University students are required to have Student ID cards. Your Student ID card provides access to your Meal Plan, Residence Hall or to check out Library Books.  To obtain your ID please come to Campus Police Headquarters.  We are open 24/7 for your convenience.

We will take your photo and produce your Student ID card while you wait. This process will take less than 10 minutes.

Unable to come to Campus? That’s fine! We will be available to assist and produce your Student ID card when you arrive in August.

First Year Student Parking Information

With the exception of authorized commuter students, first-year students are not permitted to have a vehicle within ½ mile of campus (see the 1/2 mile parking map). First-year students who are ineligible for a Moravian University parking permit may purchase an off campus parking permit through the City of Bethlehem Parking Authority

First-Year Commuter Students: If you have not already done so, please utilize our online vehicle Registration Portal, to register your vehicle before picking up your permit.  The commuter parking fee for the academic year is $100.00, payable at the time of issuance.  We accept cash or checks made payable to Moravian University, but are unable to charge parking permits to student accounts.
