HUB Rooms & Services

Meeting Rooms

There are several meeting and event spaces located within the Haupert Union Building. All internal requests for rooms in the HUB can be submitted through our Master Calendar.

Air Products Room

The Air Products Room, located near the Lounge and overlooking the Makuvek Field, accommodates 10-20.

Amrhein Room

The Amrhein Room, located near the Pavilion overlooking the 1742 Splotch, accommodates 15-20.

Arena Theater

Arena Theater & Box Office are managed by Christopher Shorr, Assistant Professor of Theater Arts. Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre.

Kochard Courtyard

The Kochard Courtyard, an outdoor space in the center of the HUB, is great for small gatherings in warmer weather and features an outdoor fire pit.

Lounge

The Lounge, located in the center of the HUB, is a great space for informal meetings or relaxing by a fireplace.

Pavilion

The Pavilion is a dining room that also serves as multipurpose space for many large-scale events on campus.

Prosser Auditorium

Prosser Auditorium is a large event space that accommodates 275. Prosser is a great location to host a guest speaker or small performances.

Reinhard Room

The Reinhard Room, located in the center of the HUB and facing the Kochard Courtyard, accommodates up to 10.

Snyder Room

The Snyder Room, located near the Lounge, accommodates 25-35

United, Brethren's & Church Rooms

The United, Brethens & Church Rooms can be combined to accommodate between 30-75. Located near the Lounge and overlooking the Kochard Courtyard, this is home to many meetings and events on campus.

Portico

The Portico, located at the back of the HUB overlooks Makuvek Field.

Tables & Kiosk

The tables and kiosk can be reserved just like any other room in the HUB.

The Star

The Star is the largest dining room at Moravian University.
