Financial Aid For All

Yes, You Can Afford a Private Education

Private institutions are often more affordable than you think. Understanding your complete financial aid package is the first step in dispelling some of the myths about affording the private school of your choice.

Did You Know?

There are many types of financial aid: Grants from federal, state, and Moravian University are available and more families are eligible than they think they are! But you have to apply—complete the FAFSA to apply for all grant funds. It's free and we can't award you free money if you don't apply.

Learn about our admission awards: 100% of Moravian's incoming freshman and transfer students received an admission award last year. Learn more about how our admission awards work. To find out if you are eligible, apply to Moravian. The application is free!

Don't let the "sticker price" fool you:
The average annual cost for a Moravian student is significantly less than our “sticker price.” But how is this possible? Well, your actual cost is the amount left over after scholarships, grants, work-study, and loans have been applied. Apply for admission and financial aid to find out what your actual cost will be!

Learn how it all fits together:
Attend one of our admission events to learn about the financial aid process and how it all fits together.

100% of our students receive some form of financial aid.

Moravian students receive over $60 million annually in merit- and need-based grants and scholarships. Even our alumni donate millions of dollars every year as a way of paying it forward for the next generation.
