Honors Program Application

This form is for students interested in applying to the Honors program. Please complete the form below after consulting with your proposed honors advisor.

The early deadline for submitting an application for Honors is midterm of the semester before your project would begin. Applications that meet this deadline will have a response before registration.

The final deadline is the last day of classes for the semester before you wish to begin your project. Applicants who miss the early deadline should expect a response in May for Fall/Spring projects and in December for Spring/Fall projects.

Applications proposing a timeline other than Fall/Spring should include a rationale for the proposed schedule.

We have two versions of the form available for your convenience. Please use one of the links below.

• The application as Google Docs file in which you may type your responses.
• The application as pdf file which you may print and fill in by hand.

We are also accepting applications for Honors Project Support Grants. This program is funded by donations from alumni and is meant to allow Honors students to enhance their projects in some way. Follow the link to learn more about it and how to apply.

If you would like to apply for the Honors Program Scholarship then you should complete the appropriate application form and include it with your application to the program.
