Mission

The Office of Institutional Research and Data Analytics at Moravian University is dedicated to providing timely and accurate information and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making, planning, and assessment across the institution. Our mission is to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic initiatives, institutional effectiveness, and student success, while promoting a culture of data-informed inquiry and continuous improvement. We strive to communicate and disseminate findings in clear and accessible formats to all stakeholders, and to collaborate with colleagues across the University to support a comprehensive approach to institutional research and assessment. Through our work, we aim to advance the mission and values of Moravian University, and to contribute to the broader higher education community through data-driven research and innovation.
