Men's Tennis

Goal is 50 supporters

The Men’s Tennis team finished the 2022-2023 season with a 16-5 record, setting a new program record for most victories in a season. The team qualified for playoffs for the first time since 2015, falling to second seed Goucher College. Additionally, the Greyhounds topped The University of Scranton and Susquehanna University for the first time in seven years. Freshman Shayaan Farhad ’26 was selected as the Landmark Rookie of the Year. In addition, we had a total of four players that received All-Conference honors for singles, doubles, and sportsmanship. The men's team has also found success in the classroom with seven individuals receiving Dean’s List honors as well as ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition.

Our involvement in the community continues to be a priority for our program. Once again, our teams partnered with USTA Love Serving Autism as well as two well-known campus events that celebrate Moravian tradition–Heritage Day and Christmas Vespers.

Your generous contributions to the men’s tennis program will help fund the team’s spring break trip to Florida. In addition, additional funds will go towards video software to help with player development, a ball machine, and new windscreens.

Help us ace our goal of 50 supporters. When we hit our goal, team captains William (Rick) Eberts, Jr. ’73 and Paul Sommers ’83 will make challenge gifts that will be added to the team totals!
