Dale Melber passed away on August 23, 2020.

Abbie Higginbottom Slaman and her husband, Ray, welcomed their second grandchild, Vera Evangeline Briggs, last fall.

Michael Brichta will be inducted into the Lehigh Valley Sports Hall of Fame on May 9 at the Northampton Memorial Banquet and Event Center. Moravian University’s 1977 scholar-athlete and male athlete of the year was a starting two-way lineman for four years under coach Rocco Calvo. The Greyhounds’ two-time most valuable lineman was named first-team all-Middle Atlantic Conference three years in a row. At Southern Lehigh, he was captain of the undefeated 1973 squad that won the Lehigh Valley League South Division championship.
