2024

Mary Diamond Mack passed away on September 15, 2024.

John F. Lugo passed away on April 1, 2024.

2023

Mark Parseghian retired from Penn State effective December 31, 2023. He will be substitute teaching one day per week, following his three grandsons' sports teams and planning adventures with his wife, Kathy. They also have a 2 1/2-year-old Sheepadoodle who hears the word walk and bolts for the door.

Russell “Russ” P. Kopy passed away on September 25, 2023.

2022

Charles S. Ferry Jr., passed away on December 4, 2022.

Walter Latimer retired from IBM, in December 2015. His wife Jane retired from working with kindergarten children in the school district, in December 2018. They downsized to a new smaller house in Longmont, CO in 2019. He has kept busy volunteering with AARP tax aid and at his church. They have 3 married children one in CA, another in upstate NY, and the 3rd in Australia. When possible they visit them and their 3 grandsons and their surviving parents in TN and Australia.

2021

Mark Parseghian just finished his third year with Penn State and is working from home 90%. He is also finishing his 29th year of soccer officiating.

Paul Hludzik Sr. passed away on January 27, 2021.

2020

Harry Lucci passed away on November 9, 2020.

Susan DeFalco Behler and Thomas Behler, Jr., Ph.D. have been retired now for almost 4 years. Sue retired from elementary teaching, and Tom retired after over 30 years of college teaching. They currently reside in Grandville, Michigan, only 15 minutes away from their son and 3 grandsons. Tom keeps busy with blindness-related and amateur radio activities. Since weather has always been an interest of his, he was recently appointed Kent County Skywarn coordinator and is constantly monitoring the weather for any storms of significance. Sue has been busy with various volunteer activities and hanging out with their 3 grandsons. Sue and Tom have a drivable RV and hope to spend more time in the future traveling around the country.

Gregory Weidman passed away on June 22, 2020.

Nancy Martin Lasher and her husband, Bill, are now retired and are enjoying their children, their families, and their grandchildren.

Jenny Saloky Collins self-published Rock of Ages: On Being My Mother’s Keeper about her mother, a member of the WWII Navy WAVES. Jenny is also a music director/performer for the Summer Concert Series at East Stroudsburg Presbyterian Church (currently suspended due to COVID-19).

2019

Diane Walters Scholl passed away on December 16, 2019.

Susan Bacci Adams and her husband, Al, are enjoying retirement with their two grandchildren and are looking forward to traveling.

Nancy Martin Lasher and Bill welcomed their first grandchild, Beau Lasher, this past spring. Both are retired and enjoying their first grandchild experience.

Scott Schell and Lura Likman Schell welcome 2 more grandsons, bringing their total to 6 (4 girls and 2 boys). They have been traveling between Illinois and North Carolina to visit their growing brood.

Cindy Lewis-Hart is enjoying retirement in South Carolina.

Debbi Lewis Zvanut and Carl are spending their retirement traveling throughout the states and various other places around the world.

Robert Rinker retired at the end of 2018 from his job as Director of Quality Control for the North American Operations of Carmeuse Lime and Stone. Bob and his wife, Ginny Hunt Rinker '77, are enjoying spending all their time as grandparents. Their second grandson was born in October.
